To all our existing and upcoming customers, 

Following the COVID-19 virus announcements we wanted to take this opportunity to share our thoughts and position on the virus with regards to current and future bookings with us. 

As a company we take the health and well-being of our staff and customers very seriously and so we are monitoring the daily changing Government guidelines both here and in Europe and following their instructions accordingly and whilst there are no reported cases of the virus amongst our staff we want to do all we can to protect you and our teams as much as possible. 

We have spoken with our teams and at present they are happy to fulfil our work commitments, however in the spirit of guideline advice we have considered a number of options to minimise social contact during these periods of work. 

Should we need to reduce the size of team to to reduce social contact, please be assured that work will still take place and service costs will not change however work may take a little longer. 

IF YOU PREFER NOT TO BE AT THE PROPERTY

We can offer a key sending service so that you do not need to be present when work takes place and to limit social contact for our teams and clients. We will confirm receipt of your keys and return to you via recorded mail free of charge, we suggest for extra safety they you leave the keys in the jiffy bag for minimum of three days upon return

We will do a voice or video call (where applicable) and do a room to room before starting any work to identify and label any items that are staying at the property or that have sentimental, commercial value.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE AT THE PROPERTY

We will put in place a strict 3 metre physical distancing policy for our teams and customers when on site, this is work in progress but at the moment we request customers to stay in a designated room / wait in car whilst we conduct the clearance.

RETIREMENT AND CARE HOMES

We have decided to postpone all work at properties where there are residents over 70 years old or anybody with underlying health conditions / high risk.
